Version 0.1.0

Just started a new platformer implementing the “basic” jumping and moving in the map.

Added :

  • double jump 
  • showing FPS
  • executable game


Version  0.2.0

Thing that I done this week:

  • basic menu
  • basic pause option
  • less antivirus interruptions
  • better controls


Version  0.3.0

Thing that I done this week:

  • basic animation
  • player size bigger
  • bigger map
  • basic controls edit


Version   0.4-5.0

I will needed one more week to fix all the bugs that are in the game right now.

Making sure that the game is more stable and performs well.

Thing that I done this 2 weeks:

  • added jumper object to the game
  • bigger map
  • saving playing controls

Bug fixed :

  • visual bug under the title in the home screen
  • visual font distortions
  • ram usage of the collider system
  • game feel slower when fps is low


Version   0.6.0

My main goal in this project is to make a multiplayer game using python.

I am thinking about changing some core aspects of the game and I will need more time to think and change the game according to this.

In this point in the game i’m thinking about make it more simple one :

  • no bot enemies only other real players
  • only one map
  • basic pvp pistol game

Minimum things I need before I start my game concept:

  • multiplayer
  • reskin the game
  • adding game concept
  • speed adjustment
  • mouse use in game ?
  • shooting
  • basic loading screen
  • advance collider system
  • advance error handling
  •  basic auto save

Thing that I done this week:

  • error handling

Bug to fix :

  • walking left can’t touch the tile
  • lower fps touch upper platform
  • If the frame rate going down the game will run slower
